Cultivating a Community of Care
The Mobile Health and Wellness Program is an initiative of the VCU School of Nursing, demonstrating its commitment to advancing health equity and access for all communities. The School of Nursing is a 2024 HEED Award recipient—one of 19 nursing schools nationally and two in Virginia recognized for diversity and inclusion—and the Mobile Health and Wellness Program is designated as an Age-Friendly Health Systems participant by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
